If the property requires planning permission before demolition our Design Company within the Group can help with this process. Our machines and equipment are of the latest technology, keeping the site clean and as tidy as possible.

We prepare a dust mitigation programme before the work starts and are always considerate to our surrounding neighbours and well beings.

Our dedicated team plan and execute the seamless delivery of complex works projects, including demolition, strip out, structural modification, façade retention, remediation, asbestos management and waste recycling.
