Environmental Sustainability

On a daily basis in construction our decisions and actions have an impact on the daily environment. Here at Force Group we work tirelessly with others in creating a greener future for everyone.

Since 2021 we started to purchase electric vehicles for the UK roads. Our diggers and dumpers including other units are also zero emissions. We have the same mindset when buying smaller tools and machinery. It’s not only clean but also has less noise impact associated.

We are fully insured and licensed waste carriers. The daily waste we collect is separated and sent to Waste Transfer Stations and whatever we can recycle, we do. We continue to work closely with waste management companies and together we contribute to helping save our planet.

Health & Safety

Force Group are very proud of our health and safety track record.

We have been trading for well over ten years with zero accidents reported.

We work closely with our Health and Safety consultants to ensure we are always following the latest guidelines.

We will obtain this as our number one priory and always remind our staff ‘Safety Must Come First.’

Before we commence these projects, whether one day tasks or project periods for over a year, we complete our RAMS and make sure all health and safety requirements are complied with (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).

Our staff are all first aid qualified and certified.

Our management personnel are all CITB trained with SMSTS certificates.

Maintaining Quality

We are very selective when it comes to hiring staff, the knowledge and experience is what we seek and what comes with that, is Quality.

The word Quality also comes into play when buying materials, we have been in the industry long enough to know good products and stay away from products that fail. With our long lasting relationships with suppliers, we continue to buy quality at competitive market rates which allows us to pass on great value.

Quality control is an area we take very seriously, we inspect each others work on a daily basis, we always make sure the person who is inspecting the work is not involved in the production activities. Our work is usually signed off by local authorities or independent surveyors. We also work with engineers that also check the quality on more complex construction matters.
